Meditation: sitting + “water bowl walking” (in-person only)

July 21 @ 3:15 pm - 5:30 pm CDT

On the 3rd Sunday of July, we hope to celebrate the summer with an outdoor walking meditation session after sitting, with the following schedule (Central Time, in-person only):

3:15 PM: Door opens

3:30 PM: Slow Moving Meditation – to help settle our body & mind

3:45 PM: Sitting Meditation

~4:05 PM: Self Message

~4:15 PM: Water Bowl Walking Meditation instruction and transition to the nearby park if weather permits

~4:30 PM: Water Bowl Walking Meditation

~5:00 PM: Sharing / Q&A

~5:30 PM: Adjourn

You may join any or all segments of the evening. If you arrive late, please gently knock on the door and wait for someone to let you in.

Beginners welcome. No cost to attend. Donations welcome. Your generosity will support the continual operations and growth of this group, including the cost of our monthly rent and Meetup subscription fees.
