On May 1st, 2022, Trina will be guiding us in Insight Meditation (Vipassanā) before discussing The Four Foundations of Mindfulness, with this schedule:

~4:20 PM: Introduction
~4:25 PM: Dharma Sharing on “The 4 Ways to Develop Mindfulness? What the Buddha Taught” by Trina
~5:00 PM: Questions & Sharing
~5:30 PM: Adjourn
