On the 4th Saturday of each month, we have meditation, open Q&A and snack social.
During casual Q&A, the floor is open for anyone to ask questions or share what they think would be helpful to others, related to meditation, daily practice, Dharma, Buddhism, etc. An opportunity for us to support each other in this Sangha (practice community).
Meant to be a relaxed session, we will also get to know each other a bit more over some tasty vegan/vegetarian snacks!

6:30 PM ~ 6:40 PM: Slow Moving Meditation – to help settle our body & mind
~6:45 PM: Sitting Meditation
~7:20 PM: Open Q&A + Snack Social
~8:30 PM: Adjourn
You may attend any or all segments of the evening.
Beginners welcome. No cost to attend. Donations welcome at-the-door to support the continual operations and growth of this group, including the cost of our monthly rent and Meetup subscription fees.
Wear loose comfortable clothing, and please note that shoes are not allowed on the meditation mat.
